Free Plan: 5,000 API requests per month
Developer Plan: 85,000 API requests per month (subject to approval)
Rate limits reset monthly on the anniversary of your account creation

2.2 Acceptable Use

You may use our API for legitimate purposes only. You agree not to:

Exceed your allocated rate limits
Use the API for illegal activities or to violate any laws
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack our services
Resell or redistribute our API data without permission
Use the API to harm, harass, or threaten others

3. Developer Plan Requirements

To qualify for the Developer Plan, your project must:

Be an open-source project hosted on GitHub with 150+ stars
Include attribution: "Uses the data.dkly.top API service" on your official website and GitHub repository
Be actively maintained and used for legitimate purposes

We reserve the right to revoke Developer Plan access if requirements are no longer met.

4. Account Terms

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
You must keep your API keys secure and not share them publicly
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of DKLY DataHUB and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data provided through our API. Use of our service is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DKLY DataHUB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

9. Prohibited Registration Practices

Strictly Prohibited Activities

Fake Registration: Creating false or fraudulent event registrations
Multiple Account Registration: Registering for the same event using multiple accounts
Identity Misrepresentation: Using false personal information or impersonating others
Bot/Automated Registration: Using automated tools or scripts for registration
Slot Hoarding: Registering for events without genuine intention to attend
Registration Selling/Trading: Transferring registration slots to unauthorized persons

Consequences: Any form of registration abuse will result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban, and revocation of API KEY on the platform.

10. Important Safety Notice

Your safety and well-being are your personal responsibility. Please read and understand these safety requirements:

Personal Safety: You are responsible for your own safety and well-being during all events
Emergency Contacts: You must ensure your emergency contact information is correct and updated at all times
Personal Belongings: We are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings
Health Conditions: You must disclose any relevant health conditions that may affect your participation
Insurance: You are responsible for your own health and travel insurance coverage

11. Account Sharing Prohibited

No Account Sharing: Users are strictly prohibited from sharing their accounts with others
Password Security: Users must not share their passwords with anyone
Personal Responsibility: Each account must be used only by the registered user
Violation Consequences: Account sharing will result in immediate account suspension or termination
